Ease Mama is a Canadian pregnancy and postpartum care brand offering botanical, mama-safe products designed to support comfort during pregnancy, birth and postpartum recovery.

At Ease Mama, we believe that every woman deserves gentle care, comfort, and confidence throughout every stage of motherhood. Our mission is to create high-quality, all-natural postpartum and pregnancy care products that support moms through pregnancy, birth, and the weeks that follow. 

Our Story

Ease Mama was founded in 2025, but its roots go much deeper.

The story began years ago with my mom, Kadeja Lefebvre, a Naturopathic Doctor, who was expecting my little sister and created the first Mama Comfort Pad to support her own postpartum care right after birth. When she realized how supportive this approach was, she collaborated with her colleague Ilana Block, also a Naturopathic Doctor, to begin researching and refining the perfect all-natural botanical recipe.

Inspired by their passion for women’s wellness, I took their vision further and created Ease Mama. A company dedicated to supporting moms through pregnancy and especially postpartum care with the same attention and expertise.

Today, Ease Mama offers botanical essentials designed to support moms through pregnancy and especially during the postpartum period, with the same care, intention, and attention to detail that inspired the very first Mama Comfort Pad.

Every product we offer is thoughtfully formulated and developed in collaboration with naturopathic doctors. We are here to support and help you take care of your body, so you can feel your best for you and your new baby.
